Using SEO Climbs

SEO Climbs connects to your Google Search Console (read-only) and PageSpeed data and produces a weekly brief of the highest-impact SEO tasks for your site. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Subscription and billing

SEO Climbs offers a Founding plan at $19/month after a 7-day free trial that requires no card to start. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing and applicable sales tax/VAT worldwide. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

• Don't use SEO Climbs for unlawful purposes or to violate anyone's rights.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

Read-only access to your data

We request read-only access to Google Search Console. We can read your search statistics to build your briefs; we cannot change, publish, or delete anything on your site or in your Google account.

No guarantees

SEO Climbs provides recommendations, not guarantees. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we don't promise specific rankings or traffic. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Climbs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Replace this before launch.)
